Assistant professor in economics at the Faculty of Economic of the University of Montpellier 1.

Associate researcher to the Chaire Hoover in economic and social ethics (http://www.uclouvain.be/chaire-hoover.html).

My work can be classified in various categories, that all relate to the interactions between the economics (and economic analysis) and the law (legal rules, the legal system). These categories are: methodology, history of economic thought, the origin of legal rules and european integration.

I am also interested in the role of norms and moral rules in human coordination (in particular, viewed from the perspective of the emergence of norms and legal rules).

I am one of the two editors of the Revue de Philosophie Economique.
